A New Day.
As Easter arrives, I think back of all the sacrifices that Jesus made for us. What it must have been like to live during the time when Jesus walked the Earth. To actually see him with your eyes and hear his voice and teachings with your ears. How awful it must have been to see him hanging on the cross as he died for our sins. How glorious it must have been to find Jesus missing from his tomb to only find him appearing to everyone as he rose into Heaven. What a sight that must have been.
I love the Easter story. Every year I find myself closer to God and remember the sacrifices that Jesus went through to help us understand that their is a purpose in this world. There is a purpose for struggles in our life. Making the right choices are important and learning from your mistakes help you grow spiritually and as a person.
I thank God for giving me opportunities in my life to do good things. I thank God for all his blessings and love and hope to pass on my knowledge and experiences down to my daughter.

Katie is the bestest friend in the world to me. I cherish her freindship more than she even knows. I miss her very much. :) You raised a wonderful daughter Sherry. (That feels weird calling you Sherry vs. Mrs. Eismann).
